EDIH-IS and Enterprise Europe Network Iceland are hosting a master class in collaboration with Gate2Growth on December 2–3 at Hannesarholt, Grundarstígur 1.

The Icelandic Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH) and Enterprise Europe Network Iceland are hosting a master class in collaboration with Gate2Growth on December 2–3 at Hannesarholt, Grundarstígur 1.
The first day runs from 10:00–16:00, while the second day offers individual mentoring sessions. Please note that space for individual mentoring is limited, and sessions will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Course Objective: The master class aims to guide participants about the critical elements in the business plan, illustrated with real life stories about successes and failures. It will look at “Circular” and “Linear” business cases including the special “Public Procurement” challenges for both SME’s and Public Authorities. The mystery behind budgeting, funding strategies and liquidity analysis will be removed. Get tips about “How to attract investors” and how to combine private equity funding with public grants. A whole section is devoted to EU grants and why “non diluting” money is something also investors like.

Tuesday, December 2

- 13:00–15:30 – Attracting investors with a good business case, public/EU grants a curse or a blessing
Wednesday, December 3

Instructor: Uffe Bundgaard-Joergensen, CEO of Gate2Growth and European innovation funding expert. He has extensive experience in management, research, energy affairs, international consulting, and investments.
